National Apprenticeship Week
It’s National Apprenticeship Week from 5 – 11 February. On Monday, ASK Apprenticeships came into school to deliver a whole school assembly. Students learnt how Apprenticeships work, the different jobs available as an apprenticeship and how to find one.
Careers Tutor time on Wednesday provided the whole school with an opportunity to take part in a quiz to check their understanding of apprenticeships.
The Sixth Form students were invited to the Ozone Centre on Wednesday 7 February by our partners at LSEC to join an Apprenticeship workshop. As well as learning about the apprenticeships on offer, students also engaged in some teambuilding and communication games with an apprenticeship provider.
